Can I use my QR code on multiple devices or transfer it from one device to another?

An eSIM QR code is for single use on a single device. Once scanned and activated, it cannot be reused or transferred to another mobile phone. Therefore, if you plan to change phones, it's best to wait until you have your new device before installing your eSIM.
