How does an eSIM work?

eSIMs, or electronic SIM cards, play a similar role to their physical counterparts by digitally authenticating your device to connect it to a mobile network. They enable access to 4G and 5G networks, although availability may vary depending on the carrier, your geographic location, and your device's technical specifications.
A key advantage of eSIMs is their remote programmability. Using specialized software, they can host multiple profiles, offering a level of flexibility that traditional SIM cards cannot match.
When you select a country, the data allowance you choose for your eSIM plan will be the amount you are entitled to for the entire selected period, without being reset daily.
