Can I receive phone calls on my main number?

Use the page content field for the main answer, steps, screenshots, and troubleshooting guidance.

To receive calls on your primary number, your device must support simultaneous activation of a physical SIM card and an eSIM. iPhone users, for example, can take advantage of Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS) technology on some models, allowing continuous connection to both a physical SIM card and an eSIM. However, the ability to activate multiple eSIMs depends on your iPhone model. On the iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13, and iPhone 13 mini, it's possible to use two eSIMs activated at the same time or combine a nano-SIM with an eSIM. In contrast, the iPhone 12, iPhone 11, iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR offer Dual SIM functionality with a nano-SIM and an eSIM, but limit usage to only one active eSIM at a time. For more details, it's recommended to consult your device manufacturer. It's also important to remember that roaming charges may apply to your call service, depending on your operator's terms and conditions. For any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact customer service.
