How can I check my balance?

To check your account balance, you have two options. The first is to visit our website, where you'll find an option called "Balance Check." Once there, simply enter your 4K code in the designated field.

The second option is to dial *163 or simply 163 from your phone. After making this call, the connection will be automatically disconnected, and you'll then receive a text message detailing the current status of your eSIM plan.
