After logging in, go to your account management section at: https://travel.orange.com/fr/my-account. On this page, select the "Delete my account" option. To complete this action, you will need to confirm your decision by entering your password and submitting the request.
It is crucial to understand that this operation is irreversible, resulting in the permanent deletion of all data associated with your account from our service.
What will happen to my eSIM once the account is deleted? It is important to know that your eSIM operates independently of your account. Deleting your account will therefore have no impact on your eSIM's activity, nor on your data plan, which will remain active. However, you will lose the ability to manage your plan, check your balance, or view your purchase history.
