When you encounter a PDP authentication problem, it can often be related to your settings or the validity of your eSIM. Here are a few checks to perform to resolve this issue: First, verify that your APN is configured according to the instructions on your eSIM setup page. Make sure all the letters are lowercase and there are no spaces. Next, ensure that your eSIM still has available data. If you try to connect without any remaining data, this could be the source of the error. Finally, confirm that you are connected to the network indicated as compatible on your eSIM setup page. To find your eSIM setup page with all the necessary details, go to the "My eSIMs" section, then "Details," and select "Set up eSIM." Scroll down this page to access the required information. If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider resetting your network settings: 1. Open the "Settings" app on your device. 2. Select "General". 3. Choose "Reset". 4. Select "Reset network settings". 5. Restart your device. Keep in mind that resetting your network settings will delete saved Wi-Fi networks, passwords, and cellular, VPN, and APN configurations. If the problem persists after these steps, please contact our support team for further assistance. We're here to answer any questions you may have.
