My eSIM is installed but I have no connection

Check these in order:
eSIM line turned on — Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > confirm the eSIM plan is toggled on and set as active for data.
Data roaming enabled — if you're traveling, Data Roaming must be ON for that eSIM line, even though it's a local/travel plan.
APN settings — some devices need the APN entered manually. Check the provider's setup instructions for the correct APN name.
Correct line selected for data — on dual SIM phones, go to Cellular Data > Cellular Data Network and make sure the eSIM (not your physical SIM) is selected as the data source.
Airplane mode toggle — turn Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then off. Forces a network re-scan.
Restart the device — clears cached network state.
Plan validity/activation window — confirm the plan is actually activated and not expired or outside its coverage start date.
Coverage in current location — verify the eSIM's network partner has coverage where you are; some regional plans have gaps.
