Problems with slow internet connection or low internet speed

Your internet connection is affected by several factors, including network congestion, the priority given by your provider, and the quality of network coverage.
An incorrect APN configuration on your eSIM, especially if it was set up manually, can lead to a decrease in your connection speed. This issue is often related to improper eSIM installation.
To resolve this, first turn airplane mode on and then off. If your eSIM allows access to multiple networks, try switching to a different carrier.
If necessary, adjust your APN settings or temporarily enable 3G by navigating to the "Cellular Data" menu and selecting "Voice & Data."
