If your eSIM is working, but your internet connection is unusually slow, several things could be the cause.
This could be due to network congestion caused by a large number of simultaneous users, local carriers prioritizing their own customers, signal quality in your area, or an outdated device configuration. To improve your connection, here are some troubleshooting steps.
How to improve a slow internet connection? To resolve a slow connection, follow these steps and check after each one to see if the situation improves.
Check network coverage Make sure your eSIM is being used in the country or region where it is intended to work.
For example, an eSIM designed for France will only work properly if you are in France.
Reset your mobile connection Turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it off.
This will force your device to reconnect to the local network.
Restart your device Turn your phone off completely, wait a minute, and then turn it back on.
This will refresh your network connection and may resolve temporary issues.
Choose a network manually Turn off automatic network selection and choose one manually from the available networks.
