How do I install my eSIM?

After purchase, Mobitravelers sends your eSIM installation details by email. Make sure your phone is eSIM compatible, network unlocked, and connected to a stable internet connection before starting.
Install your eSIM
- Open the email containing your eSIM details.
- On your phone, go to mobile network or cellular settings.
- Select the option to add an eSIM or cellular plan.
- Scan the QR code provided in the email.
- Follow the on-screen instructions until installation is complete.
Before traveling
It is usually recommended to install your eSIM before departure while you still have a stable internet connection.
If installation does not work
Check that your device is compatible, that it is not carrier locked, and that you are connected to stable Wi-Fi or mobile internet. If the issue continues, contact support with your order number, device model, and a screenshot of the error.
