I am experiencing a "PDP authentication failure" problem.

Use the page content field for the main answer, steps, screenshots, and troubleshooting guidance.

PDP authentication failure can be caused by incorrect settings or issues with your eSIM's validity or data. Please check the following: First, verify that the APN is correctly configured by following the instructions on your eSIM setup page. It must be entered in lowercase and without spaces. Next, ensure your eSIM has sufficient data. Attempting to connect without sufficient data can cause this error. Finally, verify that your device is connected to a compatible network, as specified on your eSIM setup page. For this information, go to the My eSIM section, then click Details and Install eSIM. Scroll to the bottom of the page for instructions. If necessary, consider resetting your network settings to resolve the issue. If the checks mentioned above do not resolve the issue, follow these steps to reset your network settings: Go to your device's Settings, select General, then Reset, and choose Reset network settings. Remember to restart your device after this operation. Note that this will delete your saved Wi-Fi networks, passwords, and cellular, VPN, and APN configurations. If the problem persists, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
