I am unable to use my eSIM.

Start by manually selecting your local network.

Go to Settings and set the connection to 3G or 4G.

If you are using two SIM cards, disable the Dual SIM option and enable only the eSIM for mobile data.

Ensure that Low Data mode is disabled.

If an APN profile is installed, consider removing it.
