Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about this plan

Yes, if you stick to "light" usage: maps/directions, WhatsApp/Telegram, emails, and occasional social media browsing. To last 15 days, use Wi-Fi whenever possible and download your maps in advance to limit data usage while traveling.

Once the 2GB data allowance is used up, internet access via the eSIM will no longer work. Switch to a Wi-Fi network (hotel, café), and make sure that automatic updates and backups are turned off to avoid losing data again as soon as you reconnect to another mobile network.

The most data-intensive activities are generally: video calls, autoplaying content on social media, app updates, cloud backups (photos/Drive), and tethering to a computer. If you use these, do so over Wi-Fi and disable autoplay and backups using mobile data.
