My SIM card or eSIM has expired, is it possible to reactivate it?

Several factors can lead to your SIM or eSIM becoming invalid: First, if your credit is depleted or your plan has expired, you can renew your card online. Go to https://travel.orange.com/fr/recharger/ to select the option that best suits you. Second, if you fail to register your SIM or eSIM within 30 days, it cannot be reactivated in accordance with French law. In this case, you will need to purchase a new card. Finally, a SIM or eSIM that has not been used for more than six months after the expiration of your last plan cannot be reactivated. Again, you will need to purchase a new card to restore your services.
