Troubleshooting - I don't have internet - iOS

To use your internet connection abroad, it's essential to check a few settings:
Start by going to your device's "Settings," then select "Cellular Network." Make sure your eSIM is activated. Next, still in the same menu, check that data roaming is enabled.
If these settings are correct and your eSIM is active, follow these steps to resolve any remaining issues:
Go to "Settings" again, then "Cellular Network," and select your eSIM. In this menu, go to "Cellular Data Network." Check that the APN displays "wbdata." If it doesn't, add this APN. Once these changes are made, restart your device and try connecting again.
Important It is crucial not to delete your eSIM, as this will render it permanently unusable and prevent you from reinstalling it.
