To enjoy a faster connection with 5G, first make sure your device and eSIM are compatible with this technology. If you don't see 5G on your iPhone, try the following:
First, check that you're in an area with 5G coverage. Then, go to your phone's settings: tap "Settings," then "Cellular" or "Mobile," and select the appropriate SIM card. Under "Cellular Data Options," make sure 5G is enabled for both voice calls and data. If 5G isn't listed, your eSIM isn't 5G compatible.
If your device is configured for 5G, try switching to Airplane Mode and then turning it off to reset the 5G connection.
If you are still unable to connect to 5G, please contact our support team for assistance. Note that only iPhone 12 and later models are capable of connecting to 5G networks. Furthermore, it is crucial to be in a 5G coverage area to fully benefit from the service; otherwise, your connection may be limited to 4G or LTE, with reduced speeds if you are too far from the access point.
