We offer a full refund guarantee if your data plan doesn't work or can't be installed on your device, no questions asked. This offer is valid only for unused and undelivered data plans.
However, if a prepaid eSIM plan uses more than 10% of its initial data allowance, or if an unlimited eSIM plan exceeds 1 GB of data usage, it will be considered properly activated and therefore no refund will be issued.
