Which devices are supported?

Use the page content field for the main answer, steps, screenshots, and troubleshooting guidance.

To determine if your device is compatible, you have two options: First, check your device settings to see if the option to add an eSIM is available: On Android devices, go to Settings, then Connections, and finally SIM Manager. The presence of an option to add an eSIM indicates that your device is compatible. For iOS devices, go to Settings and select Cellular. If adding an eSIM is possible, this confirms your device's compatibility. The second method is to access your phone's keypad and enter *#06#. If your device is compatible with eSIMs, an EID number will appear. If no EID number is displayed, it means that your device does not support eSIMs, which unfortunately prevents you from using our services. We suggest you check if another eSIM-compatible device is available at home for your needs abroad.
