If your eSIM isn't connecting to your preferred network, you can select it manually.
To do this, go to your eSIM details, where you'll find the available networks listed near the ICCID. You'll need to make a few adjustments to your device to make this selection.
To change networks on an iOS device, start by opening the Settings app and go to Cellular Data to select your eSIM. Then, go to Network Selection, turn off the Automatic option, and wait until the list of networks appears. You can then choose the appropriate network.
On Samsung devices, go to Settings, then Connections and Mobile Networks. Tap Network Operators, select the Manually Select option to turn off automatic selection. Then choose the network you want.
Finally, for Google Pixel devices, open Settings, then Network & Internet, and select your eSIM. Go to Advanced, then Carrier. Disable automatic selection and choose the correct network from the list provided.
