Can I use my eSIM for a personal hotspot or connection sharing?

Use the page content field for the main answer, steps, screenshots, and troubleshooting guidance.

It's perfectly possible to share your eSIM's internet connection with other devices by setting up a personal hotspot.

For iOS users, this option can be found in Settings under "Personal Hotspot." For Android users, you can enable this feature in the "Wi-Fi Hotspot" menu of your settings.

Wondering how to see which eSIM is currently being used for your mobile data?

If you have an Android device, go to Settings, then select "Network & Internet," followed by "Cellular." There you'll find the name of the eSIM you configured during setup.

For iOS users, go to Settings and select "Cellular Data." The active eSIM will be indicated by the word "On" next to its name.

For Samsung devices, go to Settings, then "Connections," and finally "SIM Manager." The eSIM currently in use will be displayed under the heading "Primary SIM card".
