If you're having trouble accessing data, here are a few steps to try:
First, make sure your mobile device is in an area with a strong signal, then restart it to see if that resolves the issue.
Next, go to your iPhone's Settings, under Cellular, and make sure Data Roaming is enabled.
In the same settings, under Cellular, go to Secondary and confirm that network selection is set to Automatic.
Finally, still under Secondary, disable LTE and select a 3G connection only.
It's important to note that you should not delete the eSIM profile or rescan the QR code, as this could result in losing your current settings.
