I can't scan my QR code
Use the page content field for the main answer, steps, screenshots, and troubleshooting guidance.
If you're having trouble scanning the QR code, there are alternatives for installing the eSIM on your device. Android phone users can enter the information manually. For those using an iOS device, you have two options: direct installation on the device or the manual approach. If you choose the manual method, here are the steps for iOS:
First, check the "My eSIMs" section in the app or website to retrieve the information needed for manual installation. Then, open "Settings" on your iPhone and go to the "Cellular" or "Mobile" section. Add a new data plan by selecting the option to enter the information manually. You will need to provide the SM-DP+ address, the activation code, and possibly a confirmation code. After activating the eSIM in your cellular data plans, select your eSIM for data access. Don't forget to enable data roaming and disable your primary line to avoid unexpected roaming charges. If your device requires APN configuration, you'll find these settings in your eSIM details.
For Android, the process is similar. First, go to "My eSIMs" to get the setup information. Then, go to your device's "Settings" and select "Network & Internet." Tap the icon to add a mobile network. If a message asks if you don't have a SIM card, tap "Next." You'll then be prompted to manually enter the QR code details, such as the SM-DP+ address, available in the manual setup section. Once your eSIM is activated under "Mobile Networks," also enable mobile data and data roaming. As with iOS, remember to disable your primary line to avoid roaming charges. If an APN is required, the settings can be found in your eSIM setup information.
