When should I buy, install and activate my eSIM?
You can acquire your eSIM at any time before your trip.
To install it, ensure you have a reliable internet connection. We recommend installing it in your home country a few hours before your departure. Once you arrive at your destination, activate your eSIM by enabling data roaming (Data Roaming > ACTIVATE). If you experience any issues upon arrival, do not delete the eSIM, as it cannot be re-downloaded. Instead, contact our customer service for assistance.
